Q. WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I DON'T GO TO COURT?
A. At the very a least an FTA or “failure to appear” notice will issue. In some instances on the first missed court the Judge will issue a warrant for your arrest and suspend your driving privileges. The range of issues stemming from not appearing in court are varying but this isn't something that should be permitted to happen. Hire an attorney and meet your obligations head on. Avoiding court will only make things worse.
